Most people would be stoked to be this close to 21… but to be honest I am pretty bummed. I’ve been a teenager for 7 years and I have grown pretty fond of it. I feel like you can get away with so much more when you’re a teen. I know deep inside that being older won’t make me any more mature… because I will always be an immature little kid in the inside. I am not sure whether its from watching peter pan too many times, watching too many cartoons or listening to Blink-182 consecutively. What I do know is, I never plan on growing up inside. I may act mature in public (sometimes) and pull many serious faces when in a meeting, but the scene in Billy Madson when Chris Farley takes his shirt off will be running through my head the entire time. Even though I have a fun, but serious job, playing music on the road…The first thing I do when I get home is jump on my Blue Diamondback BMX and ride around my neighborhood with my neighbors. Because I believe no matter how old you are, nothing/nobody can take your childhood away from you. But don’t get me wrong… when situations call for it, I will be mature and smart in my decisions. I would never let my puerile behavior affect my friends and loved ones in a negative way. And Who knows…maybe 10 years from now I’ll be sitting in a cubicle working an important desk job reading this going “Wow, I used to be a really fun and happy go lucky guy, I wonder what happened?” But chances are, I wouldn’t be hired for an important desk job with only a high school diploma Haha.

This is true. things are a lot easier when you’re either a kid or a teen. you only worry about few shallow things, whereas when you’ve step out those years and turned 20, things would get little by little, step by step harder and this time, you just don’t worry on few things, you’d be anxious of life itself. I know because that’s what happened to me right after I finish my college. Everybody says I’m too mature for my age since then during my early age, Yes but I always say that no matter how mature and how old I get, I’d always have thiiis kid inside of me. I love love watching cartoons, that I never plan of stopping. I love it when people thought I’m a lot younger than my actual age, I’m always mistaken of being a teen.. I’m always mistaken of being 16 or 18 though when I was 13. but since I turned 18 til my age now, everybody thinks I’m younger than that… for almost 5 years now, I never went out of being 16. HAHAHA I don’t feel my age too! I feel so 16-ish, innocent and naive. because most of my batch are taken while some of them are already married and parents. I’ve never been on that stage. Yes! Single ever since. I still get like “whaat they’re youngies” whenever I see teeny bopper couples or even 21-22 year olds couple. its weirding me out. :))) anyway, so much for that. If there’s one thing I’ve learned from Mr @JackAllTimeLow. Its that Matured men are usually the ones who could say they’re “immature” Its like their actually saying “I’m Mature” without their knowing, hard to put into words, you get it right? and immature men are those who says they’re mature but they’re actually not. Matured men are matured enough to say they’re immature. get that? I hope I’ve explained that fairly and clearly. Its really hard to construct that into a sentence, ya dig? okay. i rant to much. I believe this is getting really long. I’ve to say Chimo now. x
